Request Account & Data Deletion
This page is for users of Food Safety Software who wish
to request deletion of their account and associated data.

from the email address associated with your account.

Include your full name and (if applicable) your user ID or registered
phone number.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via
email once your account and data have been deleted.
What data is deleted?
- Your account information (name, email, phone number)
- All logs, reports, and data you have created in the app
What data is retained?

Data required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes may be
retained for up to 90 days after deletion, as per our privacy
policy.
